The Parish Group is a 35-year-old higher ed marketing agency based in Asheville, NC. We seek an onsite project coordinator with three to five years of experience to facilitate project delivery and workflow optimization. We feature a creative loft workspace environment in a downtown historic building overlooking Pack Square.

Specific responsibilities and required skills include:
1. Setting up and monitoring schedules.
– The biggest part of this position is ensuring project schedule maintenance and optimization.
– The coordinator must have experience with the agency project management tool, Monday, or equivalent software.
– Proficiency in Word and Excel and excellent communication and organizational skills are also required.

2. Monitoring project statuses and deadlines. 
– Most of our complex projects involve multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Daily status syncs are a best practice.
– The coordinator will review project proposals and estimates, monitor status, task project elements, and suggest improvements
in achieving project progress.
– Energized working in a fast-paced environment.

3. Updating management. 
– The coordinator will regularly interact with and report to the agency leadership team.
– Interacting with account executives, creatives, and print and digital vendors will also be required.

While in-office presence is preferred, we will consider hybrid/remote work for this position. We feature a creative loft workspace environment in a downtown historic building overlooking Pack Square.

Specific responsibilities and required skills include: 

 1. Design, updates, and maintenance of the agency website for TPG internal marketing
— Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft suites.
— Excellent communication and organizational skills.
— Energized working in a fast-paced environment.

2. Graphics for social media and internal marketing
— Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Social Media to provide targeted graphics for social media, blog posts, and RFP proposal presentations.

3. Design and maintenance of client microsites, email templates
— Ability to execute various project involving multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines.
— Consistent interaction with Enrollment Analytics and Enrollment Strategy and Communications teams, as well as offsite design teams.

The Parish Group uses Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Slate platforms for client and internal sends and programs.
