The Parish Group is seeking a motivated mid-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist with one to three years of experience. You must have experience with complex implementations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and all of its properties. You will need to know how all the major technical parts of Salesforce Marketing Cloud are connected and how they communicate with each other. You will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High-volume data management experience

  • Ability to run data reports as requested and directed
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to be a team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a higher educational environment, preferably in an Office of Admissions is a plus
  • Higher Ed CRM experience is a plus
  • Familiarity and or working knowledge of SEO and social media platforms
  • Experience working with inquiry and applications at all levels of higher education
  • Demonstrated competency with Apple Mac platform/ Microsoft Office products-especially Excel-including Word and PowerPoint, plus Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, WordPress

Who We’re Looking For:

The Parish Group is seeking a higher education communication professional with experience in and desire to deepen expertise in enrollment communications, reporting, and operations.

Ideal candidates will have CRM experience, preferably with Slate, and working knowledge of admissions/enrollment operations.  Priority will be given to candidates with communication experience in Slate’s Deliver module.  Applicants should be skilled in enrollment strategy, admissions operations, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and have at least moderate ability with technical CRM functions.  Desire to develop skills and operational project management abilities is paramount to success in the role.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting Director of Enrollment Analytics with partner project development and execution
  • Creation and management of audience and event specific communications in Deliver campaigns

Social Media Manager

The Parish Group is one of the leading higher education marketing firms in the country. We are looking for a full-time social media manager to develop content and oversee internal promotions for the company online. This is a paid, in-person position at a fast-paced marketing agency.


  • Formulate and execute internal social media campaigns.
  • Facilitate scaling brand awareness through various social media channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and other backend tools.


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, communication, or business.
  • Full-time work availability with transportation to downtown Asheville.
