It’s been a whirlwind summer at The Parish Group, and we’re excited to introduce the newest face on the block, our Partner Success Coordinator Camilla Fay

Join us as we learn more about Camilla and her role.

What does your role encompass?

I support clients and internal teams by creating clear timelines and streamlining communication. My role helps align goals, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth, successful execution at every stage of the project cycle.

Prior to joining TPG, what did your past experience include?

My path has been a creative and collaborative one. I started in the entertainment industry, working as an editor at Showtime Networks. Wanting to step into a more team-oriented role, I transitioned into producing at a digital agency while living in New York. In addition to that, I’ve been teaching yoga for the past three years. It’s a practice that brings me so much joy and continues to shape how I communicate, hold space, and build meaningful experiences.

What are some goals you have for your position as Partner Success Coordinator?

One of the first things I brought to the table was my background in Monday.com to help automate and streamline workflows across both client and internal projects. I hope to keep evolving and refining these systems as TPG grows. I also have a real love for creating timelines–they’re so crucial for setting clear expectations, coordinating with our print vendors, and keeping our team aligned week to week.

As a higher ed company, we have to ask…who is your alma mater?

University of Alabama – Roll Tide!

What you most likely doing outside of work?

I host and teach yoga events and retreats. I love being outdoors, especially in the woods, and feel incredibly lucky to live in Asheville with access to so many beautiful trails. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with my loved ones and friends!

Finally, what does higher education mean to you?

It’s a chance for students to discover who they are, expand their worldview, and start to understand what matters to them. I’m passionate about helping make that journey feel clear, welcoming, and possible.
