Welcome to the Team: Meet Dr. Leah Beth Hubbard
2026 has already brought some exciting momentum to The Parish Group and one of the highlights is welcoming our newest team member, Dr. Leah Beth Hubbard.
Leah Beth brings a deep background in enrollment leadership, a passion for student impact, and the kind of energy that makes you want to sit down and swap stories for a while. We’re thrilled to have her on board and couldn’t wait to introduce her to our community.
So, we asked her a few questions to help you get to know her a little better.
We’re so happy to have you on the team! Tell us what you’ll be focused on moving forward.
Partnering with institutions to strengthen their enrollment processes and develop leaders who can create lasting impact for students. At the end of the day my focus is helping teams work smarter so they can better serve the students they support.
Before joining The Parish Group, in what role did you serve?
I served as the AVP of Admission at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
What are you most excited to accomplish in your new role here?
I’m here to help TPG grow. This organization truly cares about the individual needs and aspects of each campus. Telling that story, and helping institutions share their story with the best student for them, isn’t easy, but it is impactful.
Higher education is an extremely important part of community development, and I want to help as many institutions as possible reach students so they understand there is a place where they can grow, develop, and become a great member of their community!
Where did you go to school yourself?
I earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Queens University in Charlotte and my doctoral degree at Liberty University.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
I love to run with friends, hike, set off on an adventure, travel, sit with people I love by a fire and grill. I love entertaining and listening to people’s stories! If you want me to chill out, give me a good book and let me curl up in a fuzzy blanket with my two dogs and I will be a happy camper. You may also find me behind the piano when I need to let off steam!
Last one–what does higher education mean to you?
Future. When I think about higher education and its purpose, I lean in and focus on its ability to be the conduit to the future.
Higher education provides individuals with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to try something new, take a leap of faith, and transform their lives. It’s a place of discussion, growth, and life-changing adventures.
