Partner Success Coordinator– The Parish Group

The Parish Group is a 38-year-old higher ed marketing agency nestled in downtown Asheville, NC. Our artsy loft in the Historic Jackson Row overlooks Pack Square and houses a team of creatives and strategists in an energized work environment.

We seek a Partner Success Coordinator with experience in client and partnership management, workflow optimization, and project quality control. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects, communicating with clients and cross-functional teams, tracking action plans and timeframes, and monitoring project quality standards. This role is best-suited for the highly-organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven individual.

Onsite participation is expected and required. Dress code for the office is business casual, ensuring a professional appearance on virtual meetings, especially with clients.

Specific responsibilities and required skills include:

  1. Project Coordination
    • Oversee a project’s planning, organization, and successful completion
    • Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
    • Assess and refine production processes, updating process documentation accordingly
    • Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management software
    • Organize workflow and tasks, including client projects, internal marketing projects, and RFP responses
    • Excellent organizational skills with detailed-oriented mindset
    • Ability to dissect the big picture for optimal task management and organization with long and short term project goals in mind
  2. Client Partnership
    • Kick-off and weekly virtual meetings with partners to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
    • Frequent communication with outside vendors such as printers for project updates, requests for quotes and timing of deliverables
    • Responsible for knowing the progress of each project item for each client at any given time
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  3. Cross-functional team leadership
    • Provide detailed updates to team members
    • Serve as a liaison between clients, outside vendors, and team members
    • Initiate communications to clients when applicable and relay details to TPG team
    • Facilitate communication and cooperation between team members
    • Ownership of team meeting agendas and creating monthly employee timesheets
    • Excellent communication and mediation skills

  • Ad/Creative agency experience
