Senior Slate Strategist Position Description

The Parish Group is seeking a Senior Slate Strategist with 3-5+ years of experience in higher education. Applicants must have a deep understanding of Slate functionality as this position will work as second-in-command in our Slate team under the VP of Enrollment Analytics and Chief Slate Strategist.

Candidates will have direct and thorough Slate CRM experience and working knowledge of admissions/enrollment operations. Priority will be given to candidates with varied experience across the majority of Slate’s primary functions and experience with implementation. Applicants should be skilled in enrollment strategy, admissions operations, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and have an advanced knowledge of technical Slate functions. This is an ideal position for a self-starter with an analytical approach to enrollment management and the ability to take the lead with occasional oversight on projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the VP of Enrollment Analytics and Chief Slate Strategist with partner project development and execution
• Managing critical components of implementations for partner institutions
• Auditing partner institution’s Slate instances
• Creating and managing audience and event-specific communications in Deliver campaigns
• Template, message, and form configurations
• Query and report development
• Campaign performance analysis and testing
• Portal development
• Data integration
• Form and application building
• Rule development
• Workflow development
• Independent partner relationship management
• General Slate troubleshooting

Expected skills for this position:

• 3-5 years experience in higher education
• 3-4 years of Slate CRM experience
• Desire to expand CRM operation understanding and skill portfolio
• College enrollment/admissions experiences
• Adaptability to an ever-changing industry and client need
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative strategy-building ability
• Capability to execute plans and strategies autonomously

Hours: Full-time

Salary & Benefits:
• Range is between $85,000-$95,000 and will commensurate with experience
