Slate Strategist Application – The Parish Group

Who We’re Looking For:

The Parish Group is seeking a higher education communication professional with experience in and desire to deepen expertise in enrollment communications, reporting, and operations.

Ideal candidates will have direct Slate CRM experience and working knowledge of admissions/enrollment operations. Priority will be given to candidates with varied experience across the majority of Slate’s primary functions. Applicants should be skilled in enrollment strategy, admissions operations, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and have at least moderate ability with technical CRM functions. Desire to develop skills and operational project management abilities is paramount to success in the role.

Responsibilities Will Include:

– Assisting VP of Enrollment Analytics and Chief Slate Strategist with partner project development and execution
– Creation and management of audience and event specific communications in Deliver campaigns
– Copywriting
– Template, message, and form configurations
– Query and report development
– Campaign performance analysis
– Campaign testing
– Portal development
– Data integration
– Form and application building
– General Slate troubleshooting

Skills We’d Like to See:

– Technolutions Slate CRM experience
– Desire to expand CRM operation understanding and skill portfolio
– Higher education communication experience
– College enrollment/admissions experience
– Adaptability to ever-changing industry and client needs
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Copy writing skills
– Collaborative strategy-building ability
– Capability to execute plans and strategies autonomously

Hours: Full time; salary commensurate with experience; bonus potential

Location: Asheville, NC (remote considered)
